The first thing we do when we begin is to assign a manager, who will own the project as it is his and work hard to successfully complete your project as per your satisfaction.

Our team of designers pays great attention to detail to gather every minute requirement of yours. We thoroughly understand your present and future specifications and make arrangements in design and architecture to make sure we include them as well.

Once the design is approved, we can work to give you a more accurate estimate both regarding the time and money involved. We give you a calendar which we will follow so that you are clear about the periodic milestones.

Our project manager will keep you posted on the progress on your project by having both on and off-site meetings regularly. Any deviations or challenges will be communicated to you to ensure you don’t face unpleasant surprises.

Once construction is finished a few weeks before you move in, you need not worry about the final touch-ups, cleaning, and tools lying around. After you have moved into the house, we will support you with our warranty and regular maintenance.
